14:00 - 15:00 High Heels Technique (All Levels)

Build strong foundations! This class focuses on posture, balance, and fluid movement in heels. You'll learn:
Walking techniques with control & confidence, Core strength & posture alignment for effortless dancing, Essential drills to improve balance & coordination, Spins, turns and Hair whips techniques, Floor work essentials across the floor.

15:15 - 16:15 High Heels ABC Choreography (Beginners Class)
Your first step into heels dancing! In this entry-level choreography class, we’ll break down:
Simple, stylish movements with a focus on confidence, Musicality & flow to connect with the music, A beginner-friendly, fun, feminine choreography to apply everything learned.

16:30 - 17:30 High Heels Intermediate/Advanced Choreography
Ready to push your limits and refine your performance skills? This class is designed for dancers with experience in heels, focusing on intricate choreography, musicality, fluidity, and confidence what advanced dancers need on stage and productions. We’ll work on dynamic movement, execution, and presence and attitude to elevate your dance artistry to the next level.
